The importance and urgency of building sanitary facilities in Nepalese schools, orphanages and children’s homes is beyond question. But helping people to help themselves is even more important! For this reason, the L’Unique Foundation has recently put together a local team of plumbers, bricklayers and craftsmen, led by Khemradj Puri, our local foundation manager. With professional support from Switzerland and material from Geberit AG, our new team has implemented such a project near Kathmandu on its own for the first time.
