IMPRESSIONS AND INSIGHTS AROUND OUR KATHMANDU PROJECT

Hooray!! The sanitary installations for the boys dormitories are finished and while the cement is drying, work for the washing rooms in the girls dormitories have started. While the project remains the main focus for the L’Unique Foundation team, life in and around NAG home for street children becomes a part of our Nepal experience. Living in a neighborhood far away from the touristy Thamel is giving us insights of the “real” Kathmandu – which is cynically called “Dustmandu” by its inhabitants because most of the roads are not paved.
