Illam project 2 is completed

Our sanitation team has completed a super job in an almost unbelievable speed. The speed can also be explained by the fact that the big Dashain Festival in Nepal was coming up. The Dashain Festival is the big harvest festival in Nepal; a festival where everyone goes home to visit their families and exchange gifts.
Our team did the excavation work for the waste water settling tanks, as well as the installations for 10 squat toilets, 1 stand-up toilet, 3 showers, 7 washstands and 4 urinals for 500 children and students.
We are proud of our 4 employees in Nepal and wish them and their families a happy and blessed Dashain Festival!

We would also like to take this opportunity to thank you, as well as the company Geberit AG. Without your generous support, the execution of such projects would not be possible.

On November 2, our employee Khemraj Puri will visit the village of Daphu in the remote western Himalayas for our next project. He will organize all the logistics on site for all the building material for the construction of the toilet wing for the school there.
In mid-November, our team will then also set off on a 6-day road trip to Daphu to begin the planned construction of the toilet building and sanitation installation work.
We will inform you about the work in Daphu in due course, when we will also make the impossible possible there.

Thank you to Geberit AG who sponsored an important amount of material to support this project.
